Hi there!

Thank you so much for visiting my page. This site was born out the rugged journey and kaleidescopic experiences I’ve experienced as a woman of faith who is also a wife, mother and business professional. The challenges of womanhood and all that comes along with that sometimes can be a lonely and dry place.

Though we strive sometimes unsuccessfully to follow the path laid out by the trailblazer of a woman described in Proverbs 31, at times we do fall short.

Sometimes our resilience wane and we sometimes get tired of being strong for everyone. We are often forced to put on a brave face even though deep within we just want to be be vulnerable. Let’s face it! the challenges of motherhood and womanhood are not challenges we should ever face alone. This is why I created this blog. This is a safe space for you to wet your appetite.

A place for you to be inspired and to inspire others. We will be covering a range of topics that affect tall aspects of family life, money management, career development and my absolute favorite: books.

She is a devout Christian, wife and mother, who currently works as a Senior Consultant at Pottinger and Associates Consulting. She has well over 15 years of professional experience and has presented at numerous workshops, seminars and trainings on a range of subject matters related to Unconscious Bias, Christian Financial Management, Preventing Child Sexual Abuse and Risk Management Best Practices. She started Aprons ‘n Heels to fulfill a deep desire to create a platform of expression for the Christian Woman who is trying to balance life as a professional while shaping and molding the lives of not just her children but shaping the lives of an entire generation.
